After studying childcare at college for 3 years, Laura worked in a
variety of nurseries, before starting at Ashfield Plaza when it
opened. Laura has 10 years experience and holds the Level 4
Certificate in Early Years Practice and is proud to hold a Level 3
Management qualification. She enjoys her role as Joint Manager and
thinks, “Two heads are better than one in running the nursery”.

After A Levels, Rebecca completed an apprenticeship in a school
nursery, continued to study further and is now qualified to the
Foundation Degree in Early Years. She has over 7 years of child care
experience, and has been at Ashfield Plaza since it opened. Rebecca is thoroughly enjoying her role as Joint Manager and
thinks, “Laura and I are able to spark ideas from one another”.
