Children's Records

All children’s records are confidential; parents/carers are welcome to view their own child’s records at any time. All children in the nursery will have an individual diary. These will be sent home daily.

The diary forms part of our communication with you. We will complete the diary daily recording such things as activities, achievements, food and sleep. We appreciate parents/carers using the home diary as one way of keeping the staff up to date with activities and changes at home.

Individual development plans and records are kept on all of our children. These will be used to monitor each child’s progress. When your child starts nursery, our nursery manager will agree an individual outline plan with you.
