Baby Room

We understand how difficult it is for you to leave your baby with us for the first time and the amount of trust you place with us.  In the Baby Room we concentrate on settling your baby and providing individual care.  We do this by having a “key person” who, wherever possible, will always be the one to give cuddles and bottles, change nappies, maintain the development files and, most importantly, liaise with you. This communication is vital so that you know your wishes are being listened to and you will feel very much part of your baby’s time at the nursery.

As you know, we employ highly qualified, experienced staff and are able to maintain high staffing ratios so that your baby will feel nurtured and loved.

Sometimes, in the first few months in nursery, your baby might have a few coughs and colds.  This happens because your baby is mixing with others and, in the long term, helps them build up better immunity.   Of course we will monitor them carefully and give extra cuddles!
